All artwork I create is my own and is created on Procreate for iPad.

I will not mimic another artist’s style; your character will be adapted to fit my style of drawing.

Vibrant or plain black/white characters may have their colours altered slightly to fit my shading & lighting style.

I will not work with new or blank accounts, nor accounts with little to no activity.

Artworks are created as personal use commissions and are non-commercial.

My signature and watermarks must remain on any and all images provided when posting publicly.

Time of completion will vary with complexity and type of commission ordered.

My work hours are Monday - Friday, 10am to 6pm BST. I will be unavailable outside of these times so please do not worry if I don't respond to you right away. I will always get back to you as soon as I am available to do so.

I retain full copyright to any artwork I create.

I have the right to cancel and refund any project at my discretion.

I retain all rights to post any work publicly, unless an agreement has been made for the piece to be privatised. Please see section “Ordering Your Commission” for more information about private and anonymous commissions.

I may blacklist a client from getting any future artwork from me in cases of negative behaviour including: repeated payment delays or cancellations, fake/unserious bids on auctions, rude comments, backseating or being overly picky, constantly requesting updates (e.g. every other day), repeatedly crossing boundaries/harassing behaviour, etc.

Creating false chargebacks will incur an instant block, bewares will be written, and client loses all rights to use the artwork. As the artist I retain the right to repurpose the artwork as I wish.

Unless specified and agreed to prior to payment, all commissions are for personal use only, therefore I do not permit my art to be used for commercial purposes.

I do not permit my art to be edited except in cropping for personal avatar or banner use, etc.

I do not permit my art for use in NFT projects, blockchain technologies, or any form of AI training, etc

You can upload the public version of your commissioned artwork to any of your own online galleries with full credit (and link where possible) to me as the artist.

You may use your private full resolution version of your commissioned artwork for personal prints, wallpapers, etc. You are not permitted to make money from or post this version of the artwork online, however.

For larger commissions, you may request to pay in parts via a payment plan. This is usually done as half payments, but can be done in smaller parts in some cases.

You may ask for works in progress screenshots. WIPs are always provided to you as I work (excluding wing-it types) so you will always be able to know where I am at with your piece.

You may request edits where necessary, usually at the sketch stage. The first few alterations are free, however further edits and major changes may cost a fee - especially in cases where previous WIPs were approved. Any edits needed for mistakes I make (e.g. forgotten markings) are always free!

If you need to cancel your commission, please contact me as soon as possible and let me know your situation. If I have already started working on your piece, a refund may be possible in certain circumstances.

When you order from me I can give an estimated timeframe for your artwork to be completed. ETA is usually between 1 - 8 weeks depending on commission type, queue status, and my real life schedule.

If you need your commission done by a set date, you can request a rush order. This requires a rush fee. This will not only ensure your artwork is done within your chosen timeframe, but will also bump you ahead of any ongoing non-rush orders. The shorter the time I have to work, the higher the rush fee. I do not take rush orders often, but you are welcome to ask.

I will begin work after you have claimed and paid for your commission.

In cases of payment plans, I will begin working upon your first payment and continue to make progress as payments are made.

Full up-front payments will be started after payment is confirmed and completed without delay (other than your approval of WIPs of course).

You will first receive a rough sketch for you to approve. WIPs will always be provided at the sketch stage unless you want your commission to be a surprise wing-it style artwork (where you give me full reign)

Further WIPs may be given for each stage or at your request.

I send WIPs primarily as a way to keep you in the loop, but you can request edits where needed.

The first few revisions are free, but further changes and edits at later stages may come at extra cost.

Once you have approved a WIP I will most likely not be able to make changes to it later. If I can, you will have to pay extra for the work required.

Corrections needed because of my mistakes are free of charge.

You can request to see a WIP at any time, however please allow a fair buffer between each request. Near daily updates are not feasible and will likely result in me having to terminate your order.

Also please try to reply to WIPs sent to you within 48 hours.

If I get no response in a reasonable timeframe I will have to assume that all is ok with the piece and continue working on it.

Once I finish your commission, I will send you one final WIP for you to approve. As soon as I am happy that you are happy with the result, I will send you your final files!

Payments are paid up-front via Paypal or Stripe invoice.

Payment plans are possible for larger commissions. I try to be flexible, so if you need a smaller payment plan be sure to ask me. For most commissions.

Anything £40+ can be paid as £40 plus the remaining amount (e.g. £70 can be paid as £40 then £30)

Anything £80+ can be paid as half and half payments or partial payments (e.g. £100 can be paid as 2 payments of £50, or as multiple payments of £40 + £40 + £20)

Reliable repeat customers may request partial payments for smaller amounts if needed ♥

Payment is expected within 48 hours of me sending you the invoice, otherwise I will have to assume you are not interested and forfeit the slot to someone else.

In terms of YCHs or other auctions/slot based commissions, if you do not reply to me to confirm your slot I will have to offer it to someone else.

Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel your commission. A reason for why you need to cancel is appreciated, but not necessary.

Repeated cancellations will lead to me having to blacklist you from my services.

The sooner you contact me, the easier it is for me to refund you where possible and to find new work.

Sometimes I may unfortunately need to cancel a commission on my end. In this situation I will either refund you in full or offer you the partially completed piece in return for a partial refund.

In cases of a full refund you are not permitted to use the artwork or WIPs given during the process.

Cancellation before art is started: if payment has been made, a full refund will be given.

Cancellation after art has been started: client may receive a partial refund depending on the stage at which cancellation occurs.

Cancellation at late stage (almost finished/rendering): no refund as I have already done most of the work required! I will stop working and art will be given as-is. If you no longer want the art for whatever reason I will repurpose it.

Adopts come as-is, I will not make changes post sale unless otherwise stated in a sale's description or agreed to prior to payment.

Once a design is purchased, new owner may choose name, make changes to the design, commission and/or create art of it (including but not limited to writing, fursuits, art, and other related works).

As the artist, I retain all rights to my work. Crediting is required. The artwork may be slightly edited, but please do not remove the mark and make sure to credit me as the original creator & artist.

Please make sure to credit me for the design when first sharing your new character. Crediting me for the design itself when new art is made is greatly appreciated, but not required.

The new owner cannot make duplicates/copies (this includes closed species, etc.) of the character with the intention to resell for profit.

My artwork and character designs are for personal-use only. Commercial usage is not permitted unless a paid license is agreed upon by both parties.

All adopt sales are final; no refunds. The design may however be gifted, traded, or resold with credits still intact.

Designs received as a trade/gift should not be sold unless discussed and agreed upon by all parties involved.

My work may not be used in the practice of AI, minting, NFTs, or cryptocurrency.
